I’ve been looking forward to this for a while now…it looks very interesting. I watched their “Walking with Dinosaurs” documentary and was positively amazed at the things I learned while watching that show.

Seen it before, they don’t do a bad job of showing current theories on human evolution. They do gloss over some of the controversies and arguments that paleoanthropologists have over the exact shape of the human evolutionary tree, but that’s to be expected when trying to popularize science. I was rather amused at the apparent existence of _Homo erectus_ orthodontists, though (look at the teeth of the “cavemen”).

I’m interested in the theories they’ll present as to the shape of the Humanoid evolutionary tree…whether or not they take the we-evolved-from-great-apes theory or not.
