Hmm, maybe the first guy with the biggest hammer, or, I suppose, club?

**xtian** Welcome to the SDMB 🙂 One thing you’ll find, though, is that it’s not popular to post the _same_ thread in more than one forum. The hamsters that power the site get easily tired. ☹ You’d probably find that a moderator, if asked, will close or delete of of your duplicate threads for you.

For the first lawyer, I _suppose_ you’d have to be looking at “who were the first people”, or first “society”. Aargghh! BIG questions! Need coffee to think.
