Now I just need to make quad aces against you again when you have the nut full house 😏 ETA: But what was killing me until that was that every bluff I tried against Manson, he called; and every value bet I made, he folded! It was pretty crazy. Weirdly, though, I was still staying pretty close somehow: I guess I was just picking up good cards. ---

I was chagrined that Manson was going to get the standings points despite conceding, since our crazy all-in bets to end it rolled his way. But then now I see it doesn’t count in the standings unless we get at least four players. So if one more person joins… ---

That was fun! We had a great battle going, and I was on the ropes for a while before coming back and taking it down. @Slash1972, do you still think my weird non-PFR HU style is a huge leak? I grant that every single expert says it’s wrong, but it works for me, amirite? ---

Exactly! It’s just what has always felt comfortable to me. It might help that it goes against the grain, so people don’t have a good feel for how to deal with it (I like to think that it’s sort of like quicksand or something, lol). If a lot of thinking players used the same approach, it might not work as well. ---
