I’ve always been fond of Scruffy. Fry: Why aren’t _you_ fixing the plasma fusion boiler? Scruffy: Schedulin’ conflict. (turns page.) I’m not going to tell the OP how to run his Thread, but had I started this Thread I would have included Zoidberg, Amy, and Hermes (and _maybe_ Nibbler) in the non-minor characters catagory. P.S. “The glasses man is going to _touch_ Mommy???” ---

As I see it, the major characters are the ones who appear in every (or nearly every) episode. No matter how cool Zoidberg, Amy, Hermes, et al are, to my understanding they are minor characters. Another vote for Beelzebot, the Robot Devil. Voiced by the great Dan Castalleneta, sang one of the funniest songs in Futurama history, and had a pivotal role in one of my favorite episodes, the series finale. ---
