As far as i know all porn stars are internet porn stars because that’s where the grand majority of people get their porn. I have no idea how to tell if a given porn star has dvds or not, the idea of paying for porn is about as alien as paying for air. My favorite is Mia Malkova though, does she count? ---

Thinking about it, I don’t HAVE a favorite porn star, Internet or otherwise. I’ve never subscribed to the Cult of Personality, and I’m not really a fan of any mainstream actresses, either. But there are porn actresses I do admire for various reason. Frex, Maggie Mayhem (link to her blog is spoiler boxed for NSFW content) [Maggie Mayhem](http://missmaggiemayhem.wordpress.com/) a feminist porn star who blogs about sex and feminism. She does some really wild-ass porn, but on her site, she’s very up front about who she is and what she thinks, it’s not just another marketing tool as it is for most porn stars who blog. Dylan Ryan has [written some authentic articles](http://jezebel.com/5984021/how-i-became-a-feminist-porn-star) about her experiences as a porn star. But the one who really brings it home on the blogs is an ex-prostitute named Maggie McNeil (The NSFW spoiler box probably isn’t needed for this link to her blog, but better safe than sorry) [Maggie McNeil](http://maggiemcneill.wordpress.com/) who doesn’t do sex stuff any more but IS an activist for sex workers’ rights. Mind you, I disagree with some or many of the ideas and opinions of all three of these women, but I am very pleased to see them expressing their opinions, when so many still want sex workers and activists to just shut up and do what they’re told, whether that’s star in a porn film or go to jail. Or both! Furthermore, these are not my favorite porn stars, in terms of appearances and performance, far from it. But these are the ones I feel the most fannish about. For appearance I like Rachel Roxx, she’s short and yet has the large breasts and wide hips that appeal to me. I don’t know a thing about her as a person, she just does porn professionally. He still goes through that same sequence, but her performance somehow just makes the whole thing come off as more fluid, natural, and spontaneous. ---
