# Whose Shadow Is This? Political Cartoon

[Here](http://www.ucomics.com/paulconrad/2003/06/22/)’s a cartoon that shows GWB with a Nixon quote, “I am not a crook.” But in the background is a shadow. It doesn’t look like Nixon’s.  
Do you think it’s Kissinger’s?

If it is, why?  
I know that Kissinger is on the Defense Advisory Board, but…

It’s Nixon. He has his head down and his shoulders hunched up. The hair looks a little like Kissinger’s but that’s Tricky Dick’s silhouette.

Definitely Nixon. Most of his caricatures feature those hunched shoulders.
