This reminds me of an old thread about which posters belong together, because some of these go together in my head. **Mangetout** and **World Eater** because those are just tasty, tasty names. **punoqllads** is my all time favorite, but only got it after someone pointed out to flip it and reverse it. **ShibbOleth** is excellent. And can’t forget **thinksnow** , even though he’d have you think he’s just a big fan of winter ;). ---

I always like the complicated names, like **Qadgop** and **Bosda**. There are others that just seem funny like **zev\_steinhardt** , **danceswithcats** , **FireUnderpantsBoobs** , **The Chao Goes Mu** , **Siddhartha\_Vicious** , **Wonko\_The\_Sane** , and my all time favorite **TheInterruptingCow**. Some I get the reference to, others I’m sure I’m missing. Apologies for any misspelt names. ---

I envy the owner of the username “Bill”, a person who didn’t post more than a handful of times, but in the process absorbed the name for life, leaving me with this disdainful second choice. ---

WOW I am shocked, just shocked, I tell you! I usually have to dress in a skimpy Fredericks of Hollywood Crotchless number stand out on the corner and whore myself to get attention around here. Short, distinctive, recognizable, simultaneously obscure and oddly familiar (the “I feel like I should know what that means” effect), and unique enough to make vanity searches a snap. 🙂 (That’s my top tip to newbies: choose a username you can search for. People like **bump** and **Random** must have a helluva time.) ---

**Torgo** , just because that was my handle on every message board until I came to this one. **Hoosier Dadi** is my all-time favorite message board name, but I don’t think he/she is around anymore. And I like **My Darn Snake Legs** , both because it’s cool and I thought the story behind it was interesting (can’t find that thread now). (Because I didn’t bother looking for it). (But trust me, it’s a neat story). ---
