# Why a hippy orthodox jewish man?

This is probably very ignorant of me, but why exactly do we have this smiley? Why not one for “Manic-depressive vegan Latvian transsexual”?  
Are you allowed to use it if you’re _not_ a happy orthodox Jewish man?

I like the Happy Orthodox Jewish Man. But I’m afraid that maybe he has limited usages, and that I will violate said usages if I use him just because I like him. Nor have I ever seen anyone else use him. He lives only on the Reply page.

Also, I don’t know any Happy Orthodox Jewish Men, so I don’t know what makes them happy, and what that has to do with their Orthodox Jewish extraction.
