I had a Chinese person tell me once when someone nearby was going off about some loud ethnic group that they had no \*\*\*\*ing clue. “You want loud people go to China, everywhere else and everyone else pales by comparison.” ---

Because with all the trees in the jungle a voice has to be loud to be heard from any distance. Humans evolved in Africa so the voices have had time to become really loud. A Swiss, on the other hand, has the advantage of being able to have his voice echo through the mountain valleys so he doesn’t have to be loud. New Yorkers have had less than 400 years to evolve, but to be heard over the din of the city will have to evolve loud voices, maybe the loudest ever. * * * And if you believe any of that, I own a bridge between Manhattan and Brooklyn that I could sell to you cheap. ---

Darker skin is more efficient at absorbing heat from sunlight. As a consequence, the internal temperature of black people is constantly in danger of rising to dangerous levels, threatening to denature important enzymes. To counter this danger, black people have developed a forced-air cooling system. The increased flow of air through their lungs and vocal equipment provides vital cooling, but has the unfortunate side effect of increased volume of sound. ---

Is it weird that a lot of black stereotypes make me envious? I mean, who wouldn’t want to be bigger, faster, stronger, with rich, powerful voices and humungous sausage cocks, sporting gold necklaces and Rolex watches, eating fried chicken and watermelon while MST3King shitty movies all day in the theater?
