C’mon, Hightower and Hooks were _easily_ the most soft spoken of all the characters from the _Police Academy_ franchise. Even Jones, though he could get loud with his signature sound effects, was quite soft spoken in regular speech. Compare to Lt. Harris? Sgt. Callahan? _Tackleberry_!?!?!?!? Sheesh! Why do I even have to spell this out? ---

I’ve got it! The OP thinks all Blacks are loud because every time a Black person has attempted to communicate with the OP in person, said Black person has had to result to the time-honored method of increasing one’s volume when speaking with the stupid. ---
