I was going to get the Bays, because they’re probably healthier (needing to be refrigerated means they’ll spoil otherwise means there’s no preservative crud), but when comparing the two I discovered that Thomaseses have a ton less sodium. Bays have around 23% of your daily allowance, Thomas has like 9%. So I went with those. Which is strange, because I usually yell at people for getting worked up over sodium, since it’s not bad for you if you drink enough water.
