Anyone who was a member prior to pay to post but didn’t pay during the pay period are also “guests” if they never started paying. ---

I misspoke - I think the Charter Membership was for those registered when it went Pay to post. Regardless, once the board stopped requiring payment, anyone who didn’t pay lost “member” or “Charter Member” status. ---

Can you blame them for feeling left out and neglected? So they boycotted their re-ups for a while and lost their coveted “Charter Member” status. Forever. Such a shame. ---
