In reply to your earlier post, the response to many questions on unusual laws can be answered by, “The law doesn’t exist.” In this case it does, but my point to the OP (or anyone else that touts “weird laws”) as a fact should give a cite for it.
Incidently, under Idaho state law both men and women can be charged with spousal abandonment [Idaho Statute 18-401(3)] but only men can be punished for it [Idaho Statutes 18-402, 18-403, and 18-404]. And no - Idaho does not have any laws about how much candy you may or may not give your girlfriend.
