I wish I’d known more about post traumatic stress earlier. I don’t do well in aggressive work situations. Bullying, undermining colleagues and bosses, office power struggles, I just have to walk away.

I always hear this from different people. I’ve been in lots of positions with various groups in my current company for 11 years, and either I have a thick skin, or am oblivious, or work for the best damned company in the world!
