Why aren't spyware and anti-virus bundled?

Jeez, i understand being careful, but avoiding going to unknown sites altogether is a little paranoid. You can choose whether or not to trust me and my omputer security consciousness, but i’ve been to the site on multiple occasions and suffered no adverse affects whatsover. Also, i can’t imagine that someone who is devoting his time to exposing and criticizing spyware investors is likely to put spyware or adware in his own website.

The list itself is a bunch of venture capitalist firms that you’ve probably never heard of, precisely because they tend to provide capital without taking an active part in the running of the businesses they fund.
