I tried to e-mail the Afghanistan thread to a friend, using the “e-mail this to a friend” button. It sent me to a page telling me that I wasn’t logged on. ??? I had been replying to posts, the homepage welcomed me by name, how can I be not logged on? What am I missing? ---

I believe that button has been disabled for a little while now. I can’t remember why, exactly, but possibly because of some hacking that went on. What I do, if I want to to send someone a thread, is just copy and paste the link into an email. Of course, I’m sure you already knew how to do that! 🙂 (Actually, the main reason I always do that is because I never even noticed the feature you just mentioned until someone else said something about it being disabled several weeks ago. Color me _reeeeealll_ observant!) ---

If you’re using Internet Explorer, you can try clicking on file/send/page to e-mail. ---

You can also send the page with Netscape 4.xx or 6.xx Right-Click, Send Page. HTH. ---
