# Why can't I get email from this guy?

Your email host would be the one blocking his emails, not Cox. It would stand to reason that it would apply to everyone. That being said I think it would be best to contact ExchangeMyMail. If you can’t get his emails through webmail either then it has to be something at the server level and not anything on your computer.
