I just noticed, after posting a new comment in a thread, that the “report bad post” button is absent on my own posts. Why can’t I report my own posts? What if I realize after posting one that it’s in the wrong thread, or duplicate, or whatever? I used to be able to use the “report this post to a moderator” button to request remedial action. ---

Seems the vB programmers thought it would be a neat feature, since they didn’t think someone would need to report their own posts. Our tech people may or may not fix this. In the meantime, either use the Report Post button in another post in the thread and state you are using it not to report the post you clicked on, but yours; or email the forum moderator(s) directly. ---
