We recently got a Christmas card from one of my father’s cousins (no one I remember, naturally). And he left a little note in the card saying he couldn’t view our [Picture Trail](http://www.picturetrail.com/jimbee) pictures for some reason (as you know, once you get to the main page of Picture Trail, you simply click on the album name you want to see). This seems rather odd to us. We sent the Picture Trail web address to all our family last year. And as far as I know, they all were able to view it if they wanted to. In fact, my cousin Karen even periodically sends me pictures to post on it.

Does anyone know what could be wrong?

Thank you in advance, to all who give help 🙂 .
