I just want to say that, until this thread came along, I didn’t know Lucifer had a last name. To avoid his wrath, wouldn’t it be prudent to refer to him as Mr Morningstar? ---

Besides the feeling of helplessness that fatalism engenders, I always felt that such absolute determinism is a bit of a moral cop-out. Where can morality live when everything is determined by causality? ---
