Because, just as I elaborated on in the post above yours, it was a rant. The guy was “STUNNED” in his OP. Read harry’s OP again.
He opens with a link to a death. He then proceeds to argue why that death should not be mourned. I’m sorry, but that’s pit material. It was his intention all along.
That is an inaccurate representation. He opens to a link about the death of a human cop that had a K-9 partner. He used that as an inspiration point, it reminded him of something he saw in his own life about the death of a K-9 cop, i.e. a dog, and how people he worked with reacted to the news of that dog’s death.
Now if you wish to argue that a thread stating that the death of a dog should not be mourned is automatically Pit material, more power to you, but don’t try to represent it as if he said that about a person. The link to the cop’s death was incidental and did not represent the target of his rant. The connection was that the linked dead cop had a K-9 partner, and the incident he witnessed was about a K-9 officer, i.e. a dog. No disrespect was given or intended toward the dead human police officer.
If a poster starts a thread hoping to discuss an issue, any issue, and then a mod decides to move that thread to the Pit so that the OP can get what she feels is a deserved pile-on, how is that not an action against the poster?
I say it again, if the mod had agreed with the premise of Handsomeharrys OP then that thread would not have been moved.
Generally, but not always. An imperforate anus is a congenital birth defect featuring absence of an anal opening. “Being torn a new one” is the surgical correction of this pathology.
In retrospect, I should have addressed the fact that people were out of line for MPSIMS before moving the thread, as a general note if I wasn’t going to hand out specific notes or warnings.
I’m still fine with having moved the thread to the Pit, though.
Well, blunt dissection is used during the procedure.
[QUOTE=Glossary of Dissection Terms]
Blunt dissection – to separate structures with your fingers, a probe, or scissors by tearing (not cutting) connective tissues.

You know what? This forum is not entitled “Bickering about every hair that can possibly be split, and then throwing some recreational outrage on top of that.” Although it might as well be.
You’re all capable of so much better than this.
It’s a beautiful almost-autumn day. Why don’t you put the bile away for a few minutes and go outside and play?
