# Why did Sandusky go to trial (instead of pleading guilty)?

Hate to beat a dead unicorn, but Roskins was gone before Spanier ever set foot in the state. Spanier replaced Massengale as chancellor at Nebraska’s flagship university after Massengale took Roskins’ old job as president of the system. There was no overlap there.

This aside from the point that the Franklin child prostitution story was as CT as anything Dan Brown or Oliver Stone ever got their hands on.
