# Why did you delete my post in depression thread? :(

Unless you’re talking about a post [other than your OP,](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?p=15974214#post15974214) they didn’t. They don’t delete posts here except for obvious spam or in extraordinary circumstances. And if they did, you could expect at least a PM.

You sure you weren’t just looking at the wrong page?

Clicking on the number (currently 130) next to the thread that lists the number of posts and who they’re by, I see that **The Crow** has one (1) and it’s the OP, reading:

\*"Why is depression so prevalent in contemporary society?

I can’t cite that depression is so prevalent in contemporary society because…"\*

Are you expecting more?

Most of the threads you start sound like you’re looking for help with homework questions. You taking a Sociology class or something?
