# Why didn’t Pence do what Trump wanted vis a vis counting the electoral votes?

Pence is too dull of a character. I think _Guiliani, Powell, & Cohen_ has far more comedic potential.

Maybe not smarts. Maybe simple lack of the courage of his / Trump’s convictions. In other words, he was a Believer but not a True Believer.

When the going is easy, the easy get going. When the going is tough, the easy collapse in a heap. Pence was, is, and always will be, an easy.
