# Why didn't anyone tell me about the indent tag?

You can’t get away with a single demonstration

(You might check out all the controls at the top of the **Reply to thread** window. Font, Size, Color, Bold, Italicize, Underscore, Indent, and Bullet List, are all vB supported, not merely by tags, but by edit buttons and drop-downs.)

**indent** is standard vB code, as described in the [vB code list](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/misc.php?do=bbcode).
