Huh. I just noticed that London looks a lot like New York City, only rotated 90 degrees, mirrored, and with the Tube Circle line standing in for the Hudson river. I never thought of that before. The Kansas City Chiefs’ logo: “KC.” I was facepalmingly dumb. I looked at it for a long time, seeing the red lines, intersecting on a white arrowhead - “is that some Native American drawing? Tribal pattern? What \*\*\*is \*\*\*that?” Many days later, it finally hit me: “They’re _letters_, of course! **KC**!” ---

The arrow in the FedEx logo. Once you see it, you can’t unsee it. But an amazing number of people have seen the logo without ever noticing the embedded icon. ---

Until I was in my 50s, whenever I would open the screw cap of a soda bottle and it would spray out, I would rush to the sink to try to avoid getting much on the floor, carpet, walls, me, etc. One day, I suddenly thought ‘Oh, I can just re-tighten the cap.’ No idea why that thought never occurred before. Also, I tend to look at parts and not the whole, and have a hard time recognizing some visual images. I’m just odd. ---

For the three people left who still hasn’t seen this… I made a little graphic to post here several years ago, and it’s apparently still around. They would flash on the screen 10-seconds and 2-seconds before the end of the reel. When I was a projectionist, those days were long gone and we just spliced the whole darned thing into one long film, but it was amazing when I first was shown the dots—they had been lurking there, unseen, for my whole life. ---

The Miami Heat logo plumb sure looks like truck ‘nads. Them bein’ lasso’ed don’t help the picture none. IOW, it’s a picture of a bull about to become a gelding, or whatever the correct term is for castrated male bovine. Proof that the target demographic down here is really the rural FL redneck crowd. Maybe they were hinting that they’d become the arch nemesis of the Chicago Bulls? ---
