Because I can’t see straight at 3:00 A.M.  
Blue Jays do not single on Saturdays, for they must atone for their weekly sins by carrying gains of sand to Hell to bank the Devil’s fire for Sunday.

I wanna know why birds don’t eat at night. Maybe if I set up floodlights pointed at my bird feeders…
