[Moderator Note]

Please see my instructions three posts up. We don’t need to continue the discussion of everyone’s preference in steaks. If you want to discuss proper preparation of meat, open a thread in CS.

People that like their steak medium well, seem to not really have a passion for steak and would just as happily order chicken.

One little four letter word, and I’m ruined for life.
Anyway, they do taste the same as white people do. just like chicken.

Sorry, **Colibri**. I posted before I read _your_ post. Should I move it (#102) to CS?

And no one suggested it was. While Mr. Brynner did indeed die of lung cancer, that has nothing to do with his having NEARLY died of trichinosis before that.

If you want to discuss cannibalizing black people, probably the best place for that is the BBQ Pit. 😉

If you have an issue with another poster, you can either report the post and let the moderators deal with it or take him to the Pit (or both). There’s no need to retaliate in the thread.

Hmm, the black people I’ve eaten tasted more like fish.

Not a chef, but I do live with one 😃

Not only are you correct, I make a MEAN blackened steak .. medium to medium rare since that how I like it.

Given that this thread at this point is only attracting comments about cooking, I’m going to close it and direct people interested in discussing this subject further to open a thread in Cafe Society.

If anyone has any factual information relevant to the OP that they wish to discuss, please e-mail me and I will consider re-opening the thread.
