Why do I still have all this fat?

well, fwiw… i lost 80 lbs over a summer in high school… i did 300-500 crunches every night and ate once or twice a day… im 6ft even for reference.

not the best way to go about it but i went from 235 to 155…

now im back between 165-170 mostly, i have some more muscle now…

but yeah… even when i was 155… i still had … i guess “thick skin”

if i laid on my back, and even so now… once my rib cage stops, my stomach ‘caves in’ except for right in the middle where my actual stomach is… and yes i had rock hard abs… under 1-2" of skin. it didnt happen on my waist though, that all went away… i went from a 38 to a 31 waist size… that skin is really thin… but i still have the little love handles and a belly when i sit down. i hate it and i still dont like to go swimming cause im real self conscious about it…

so… i dont know what to tell you… eat right, i did that… mine didnt go away… eat bad… well now im pretty much stuck here… i ate bad for like 4 months and started to get near 180 so i started to eat right again… its all the same… the stomach is never going to go away unless i take up running or some other intense sport…

almost everyone ive talked to said running is the best way to get skinny… maybe you could try it. its most likely not going to go away… ive been 155-175 since id say like 1999 or so… its still there.
