I’ve read a lot of things, but not by mechanical engineers. I’ve also read that the feed lips will deform over time. I’m not sure how reliable a person who is in the business of selling you magazines and springs is. I figure keeping magazines less than fully loaded is safety insurance.
I also wonder how far old ammunition should be trusted? I have a box of Remington hollow points that I bought 20 years ago.
