Just wanted to comment about [Why do we twitch while falling asleep? - The Straight Dope](http://www.straightdope.com/columns/read/82/why-do-we-twitch-while-falling-asleep) and put the word out about hypnic jerks. Alot of people have un diagnosed Lyme disease and don’t know it. This can cause this.
