As far as I can tell Tri-Sprintec doesn’t seem to be significantly better or worse than average in this regard.

Yes, but every formulation affects women differently. Hell, I’ve heard of women going off their pills for some length of time, then going back on the exact same one and suffering unpleasant, different side effects.

This happened to me back when I was on Yasmin, but my doctor friend looked into it and they had added some dye or something to the med, which changed it enough that it fucked me up something bad.

Jeez o pete. It’s enough to give a gal a headache. BTW, I found this interesting article which explains how the Federal Deficit Reduction Act of 2005 had an (apparently) unintended consequence of discouraging BCP companies from providing low-cost pill packs to clinics.

It has been 6 years and it hasn’t been fixed? It sounds to me like someone is using the word ‘unintended’ in a sense I wasn’t familiar with.

Either that, or it hasn’t been fixed because most legislators are men and thus don’t see an urgent need to do anything because it doesn’t directly affect them.

The entire focus of the last 60 years of birth control research has been on expensive options that create a large financial return for the companies making the investment. As will be covered in my next post, this has resulted in all sorts of products with a single flaw that CANNOT be fixed.
