Whenever I go to a screen that has a full block of color (i.e. [msn.com](http://msn.com) home) my monitor seems to give off a sound that it’s full of static electricity. Why would a screen full of color (or at least dark color) do that?

Does anyone know what I’m talking about here?

Happy
