Now, you can sit several thousand miles away and say they should see the big picture and realize they are better off for the Americans being there. But they’re probably still focusing on their dead child. Funny how that works. What bothers me is that this is obviously what was going to happen. But the administration went in acting like it wouldn’t. ---

And who are you to enlighten “us people” about the composition of the resistance in Iraq? Been there recently, have you? Hung out with the resistors and terrorists, finding out what makes them all tick? Iraq is a magnificent Petri dish for terrorism at the moment because thousands of Iraqis have died, and still are dying, at the hands of an invading force. No. Iraqis die due to the blatant brutality of the insurgents, and the anti terrorist operations carried out by the Iraqi government and US/Coalition Allies, which is unfortunate, but doesn’t mean its not carried out in a just sense. ---
