# Why does my Palm keep telling me to load software from the CD?  what software?

Every now and again when I turn on my Palm, I get a message that I’m to load additional software from the CD. But, it never says what software I should load. How am I to tell what to do? 😕

Do you have the CD that came with the unit? Try putting it in and see what happens…

Or call Palm tech support.
