# Why does "the cheese stand alone"?

Well as near as I can tell the Cheese was wearing [Wellington](http://www.cheese.com/Description.asp?Name=Wellington)s as he prepared to mount his [Texas Goat](http://www.cheese.com/Description.asp?Name=Texas%20Goat%20Cheese) to travel to [Xanadu](http://www.cheese.com/Description.asp?Name=Xanadu), where he planned to search for [quarks](http://www.cheese.com/Description.asp?Name=Quark%20%28Australian%29). Just before leaving he was heard to say, I [Ricotta](http://www.cheese.com/Description.asp?Name=Ricotta) hit the road.
