If most/all states have speed limits at a max 65 (or 70), why don’t all cars have restrictors limiting them to those speeds? Mind you, I love the fact that I can easily douple most posted speed limts, I’m just wondering. ---

Why is phonetic not spelled the way it sounds? Why is abbreviation such a long word? What is the speed of dark? If a tree falls in the woods, and no one is around to see it fall, do the other trees point and laugh at it? ---

Tazma-It is not a crime for you to take the tag off of your mattress. It’s a crime for the guy that sold you the mattress to take the tag off before you take the mattress home. The tag has **important information** on it that you must read before using the mattress, warning you of many potential hazards involved with mattress use. Unfortunately, I don’t know what these hazards are because I tore the tag off and threw it away without reading it. If I ever decide to sell the mattress, I could be in big trouble. If a duck can swim, can a swim duck? ---

Animals have slightly different nutritional needs, so their “doodie” is not quite the “opposite” of what the human body needs; therefore, it doesn’t smell quite as bad to us. Why do we do things that we know are bad for ourselves? Why must people “find themselves”? Why doesn’t Humanity have a clear goal? (meaning of life) How can people possibly think they are the center of the universe? How can people believe in something in spite of direct evidence to the contrary? Why do people always think their group (family, school, state, country, whatever) is better than every other one? What are conservatives conserving? (quote from Carl Sagan) Why are so many liberals “up in arms”? Why is our vision so limited to the short-term? Did anyone really believe that “duck and cover” would work? ---
