But debating which is true and asking for a more definitive cite for a claim to the contrary seems very within bounds and is NOT claiming the contrary. If you had provided solid proof that the NRA had never done anything that would have blocked taggants in the gunpowder that goes into fireworks and he ignored your proof and subsequently claimed they had, then he would have been guilty of what you have claimed he did. You provide no evidence that such happened. Maybe it did, but nothing you have brought here shows that. Just my read. ---
