I’ve never patronized them, but from what I understand, any really attractive street prostitute is either in drag or a cop.
Based on the actual deletion discussion, it seems that it’s because someone wrote a book about her. The argument is whether this one book is enough to make her notable.

I would agree, both in the local prostitutes in my hometown of Tacoma and in conversations with former sex workers (a coworker who was a former stripper). If a woman was attractive enough she’d didn’t bother with streetwalking, stripping and especially escort work were both more lucrative and safer.
