# Why doesn't iOS passwords save my Google password?

It drives me fricking nuts to have to manually enter (after my cache is cleared) my Gmail address and password for every damn app (I’m talking to you Quora) that uses it because iOS passwords doesn’t seem to save it. I’m guessing it doesn’t read it like a traditional pw entering screen because the login and password are on seperate screens. Is there any way around this?

It is saved on my iPad - for ‘[aacounts.google.com](http://aacounts.google.com)’. iOS 12.3.1

It’s not saved in my keychain and never asks if I want to save. I wonder if at some point I said “never save.” Is there some way to reset this?

I think there might be. Try looking in the passwords and accounts part of system settings.
