# Why don't my Realplayer Video Controls work?

I just upgraded from basic Realplayer to the super-fucking-premium Gold-Special-Edition or whatever it is…I got the trial membership and that comes with the special updated video controls. I tried to change the contrast and brightness in my porno videos but it won’t work…it doesn’t do a damn thing. The sound equalizer and crossfader work, so what the hell is wrong with the video controls? Is this a scheme, and am I going to have to pay money to get the full version in order to get this special feature?
