I’m talking about disaster movies. One would think, that in this day and age, that Hollywood would have gotten with the program, race relations-wise that is. I mean, what is the deal?? Why is it that the “black guy” always dies. And they’re always really, REALLY nice guys too. They’ve been doing this as far back as “Grizzly” (we just KNEW the poor black guy was gonna be the first. He was a really nice guy, and he was black). Except for Will Smith, I haven’t seen any black guys survive any monsters recently, be they extra-terrestrial, or of the “Jason” genre. Come ON Hollywood, let’s let the black guys with the really nice personalies survive the disasters huh??? (FTR, I’m neither black, nor a guy). ---

You can judge for yourself. Well, that was quite selective, and it left out a boatload, not even to mention the inanity of the Schwarzenegger commentary. He’s the star, the hero, the big name. Of COURSE he survives, except in the Terminator movies. But that certainly didn’t make a dent in the opinions of the guy on that website, did it? How about Ice-T in Surviving The Game? Or doesn’t that count because Charles S. Dutton bought it? Give me a break. :rolleyes: ---
