Why Don't They Advertise in Books?

Yes, I remember this from some Heyne books (as a standalone ad page in the middle, though, with a book-specific lead-in to the ad - not as part of the text - which means Mr. Banks did not have to eat his own words). It’s not standard in German paperback books, though.

I only see those bound-in cards in romances.
