Pardon me if I hold Bernie to a higher standard than Trump. I want to vote for the guy if he’s the nominee, with or without holding my nose. ---

Getting specific for stuff like this is bad political strategy. It’s one of the reasons I think he’s most likely to beat Trump - he keeps it broad and vague, with big, simple, easy to understand goals. I think he’s, sneakily, a skilled, savvy, and even ruthless pol, and that’s one of the reasons I’m rooting for him. ---

Buttigieg (38) is the, stand alone, youngest person on the stage. Klobuchar (59), Steyer (62), Warren (70), Biden (77), Bloomberg (78), and Bernie (78) are all older then Obama (58) who’s already four years into his presidential retirement. I think it skews this way because of how Trump (73) is also so damn old so these attacks cancel each other out. ---

If this kind of stuff really matters, then it will matter for Trump as much or more than for any opponent. ---

I just think you are in the wrong decade. Everyone who thinks bernie is the best bet doesn’t “adore” him. I can’t even get how adoration comes into it. I adore things that should not be potus. That’s where my adoration always winds up. This whole thing about accusing some of adoration of bernie is related to the “they hate trump” choruses that the incipient fascists started echoing as soon as they got in and made moves against democratic norms. It’s a strategy. Everyone is projecting too much. I don’t agree about vote totals, even the second time around. ---

And the notion that women can help bring about the revolution by spreading their legs for their boyfriends against their better judgement seems pretty awful.
