If I start a website saying space aliens planned 9-11, can it be considered valid? And building 7 wasn’t so badly damaged it would have fallen without being “pulled”. Coupole of points. 1. It took 5 years to build the Twin Towers in the first place. They broke ground in summer 1966, completed summer 1971. If you count plaza elements like 4WTC and the Customs House, the complex was not completed until 1981. 2. _unbuilding_ what was leftover from uncontrolled demolition is a more difficult task than starting from scratch. You can’t just build the tower without fixing the plaza (and the PATH station, and the subway station, and the memorial…) And they couldn’t just trash what they had with a bulldozer - they had to comb the wreckage for anything containing DNA. Cleanup of the site alone, took until May 2002. Realistically, its been 8 years, not 9. 3. Adding to unavoidable delays, they recently hit a major archaeological find. 4. As of the present day, all of the structures ares progressing rapidly. ---

The government has told us what to think, be happy little children. The towers haven’t been rebuilt because too many people make things "sacred’ and won’t allow anything built that isn’t “honorable” in their eyes. Wasn’t there a memorial that wasn’t built because it was “too far below street level” or such like? ---

The Pentagon was quickly rebuilt with a Muslim prayer room in it at near Pentagon ground zero. When the politics are out of it, work can get done. ---

This thread is intended to discuss any pertinent reasons why the destroyed buildings have not yet been replaced. You are not addressing that issue. You are actually welcome\* to start one more thread in which nonsense is waved around in place of actual information. You are not welcome to hijack this thread into a one more regurgitation of Conspiracy Theories about the attacks. Do not post more off topic comments in this thread.
