Has war been declare and no one told me, again? No seriously there was at least one Air Force (US?) jet flying over the city just now while I was outside. Also my cell phone wouldn’t work, when I tried to make a call it said “Emergency Only!” If I were a crackpot CT I would think something was up.😛 ---

Practicing for Fleet Week festivities I would guess… And I don’t think it has anything to do with your cell phone issue. ---

Fleet Week is in October for us and I didn’t really think my phone issue was connected, it just seemed funny. I still don’t know why it did that, the phone worked fine when I got home, just a few blocks away. ---

The USS Iowa is supposed to depart the bay area sometime this week for her new home in the Port of Los Angeles. This could be connected. ---

I saw a trio of them flying in formation (pretty low, too!) in Mountain View. Moffet field is nearby, so I’m used to seeing planes coming and going, but its usually cargo planes.
