But there’s still time for him to force Obama to implement all of Obamacare in 2014. 😉 Of course, Boehner’s simply hoping people will forget about his promise for this suit, the way he hopes they forget about his promise of a Republican replacement bill. ---

Then, as now, it is utterly hilarious that in the whole of Boehner’s op-ed for CNN, he could only muster one specific claim about anything Obama had done that was unconstitutional, something that the Supreme Court had already decided. ---
