“Why does hockey have fighting” is a perfectly valid debate, Sam, given that almost no other major team sports allow fighting as a matter of course. Nobody’s said anything meriting a sarcastic suggestion that they’re pussies.

In fairness (I know Weinstein wrote this, not you, Taco) this is false. Washington has in fact been offered some minor coaching jobs, such as strength coach, but has always felt he deserved to start out as assistant coach or better, so has turned them down. He also coached a year in the NBDL, which is operated by the NBA.
