Not to be so bold as to actually get BACK to the OP, but I’d like to possibly suggest that the specific genders of the people in each position may play a part. Let me quote something that George Carlin once said: “News note: On TV recently, a guy was complaining that he was sexually ‘abused’ by a female teacher when he was a boy. He said she touched him and made him touch her in their private parts. Yeah? So? Where’s the abuse? Maybe I’m twisted or something, but as a child, I would’ve been willing to kill for this kind of special attention. I’d have had my hand in the air all day long. ‘Teacher! I need some more of that special help!’ It would have really lent a stimulating new perspective to the idea of staying after school.” ---

Does anyone really think that the OP was, “venting his own personal angst”? I mean sure Kurdt was a little over the top in his reply, but he was right, and now everyone is attacking him which is only going to get someone more angry. ---

[Trying to avert the Train Wreck in progress. Probably no use, but anyway…] I came into this thread hoping to see some real reactions to the point the OP made, rather than to the OP. I know he’s had some trouble here before, but I though he made an excellent point this time - why doen’t anyone seem to be addressing it? My 2 cents - yes, the unequal treatment here is unfair, but unlikely to change. Maybe it has something to do with the way male/female sex works, physically, and how are cultural _mores_ reflect that - the boy is not seen as having been **violated** , because his body was not prodded and entered by a hard meat stick… Reactions would be very different, probably, if she took a dildo to his ass :eek: Yes, very graphic, but probably a valid description of how many people will be thinking about this situation. ☹ Dani P.S. - **kurdt** , yes you **are** over-reacting… sometimes it makes no sense to react to stupidity; it just puts you down into the same league. It’s a good OP you made, you should have been busy getting people back on track instead of aiding and abetting the fighting… ---
