# Why is Star Wars 2 receving raves from Europe, but not from U.S. critics?

One factor: Foreign critics see a subtitled or dubbed version, which means they don’t hear the dialog. Since one complaint was that the dialog was crappy, that’s not as obvious when you’re reading subtitles.
